It does not host government records and is not affiliated with Cuyahoga County, Cleveland, Ohio, a court, a library, or a records custodian.
2. Permitted Use
Use this reference only for lawful purposes. You may not use it or anything reached through it to:
- Stalk, harass, intimidate, threaten, or harm any person.
- Try to locate a person protected by a restraining order, safety program, or confidentiality rule.
- Commit fraud, identity theft, or another unlawful act.
- Make a credit, employment, tenant, insurance, or other FCRA-regulated decision.
- Scrape, copy, or republish content at scale.
- Interfere with the service, its security, or another user’s access.
3. FCRA Status
Cuyahoga Residents Directory is not a consumer reporting agency as that term is defined by the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1681 et seq. Nothing on this site or supplied by a linked tool is a consumer report, and none may be used to determine eligibility for credit, employment, housing, insurance, or another FCRA-covered purpose.
4. Outside Resources
Government portals and third-party providers have their own terms, availability, fees, and privacy practices. Cuyahoga Residents Directory does not control them and is not responsible for their content, data practices, or results.
5. No Warranties
The reference is offered as is and as available without warranties. We do not promise that its content is complete, accurate, current, uninterrupted, or suitable for a particular purpose, nor that an external service will function or return correct information.
6. Liability Limits

11. Ohio Law
Ohio law governs these terms without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Public-record access references are subject to the Ohio Public Records Act, R.C. 149.43, its exceptions, and the rules of the records custodian. This private reference cannot grant access beyond that law or a custodian’s authority.
12. Severability
If one provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
