Privacy Policy

This policy explains the limited data handled by Cuyahoga Residents Directory. The service is a private reference to Cuyahoga County records and collections. It does not require an account and does not maintain a visitor record-search profile.

Information You Submit

Names, phone numbers, and addresses typed into a search form are sent to the third-party provider that operates the resulting search service. Cuyahoga Residents Directory does not retain a copy of those queries on its own servers. A message sent through a contact channel contains the information supplied in that message and is used to respond.
